Using Loop

Loop is designed for families to share memories, photos, and stories. By using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Keep your account credentials secure
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Respect other family members' privacy

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you share on Loop. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and display your content to your family members
Process your content to generate AI stories and podcasts
Create backups to protect against data loss

Subscription and Billing

Loop offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings.

Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for your selected subscription plan.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Loop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email.
